do you think a denial of service attack is a weapon?

the thing i like about the idea channel is that, whether you agree or disagree with what is said, a lot of thought clearly goes into the videos and a lot of thought is provoked as a result. in this case i wouldn't call an attack (of any kind) itself a weapon, but i would certainly say that an attack could be carried out using a weapon. obviously this is just a semantic/linguistic point.

no doubt in the subsequent video where he examines the feedback from this one someone will bring up the "digital sit-in" interpretation of DDoS attacks.
